Elegy… Like many of us in the world, I have been feeling sad about what is happening in Ukraine, getting worse and worse, and reaching a climax with the recent moves from Trump !!! Such injustice aroused in me a profound emotion, and I decided to work on a purely electronic piece, typically elegiac, devoid of the specific attributes of a dramatic form.
A constantly changing sound material, compositions of textures in which fundamental factors play a predominant role: a continuous interplay of harmonic transformations and an ever-varying dosage of amplitudes… An economy of means towards the simplicity and elegance of proportions.
